Returns

Our return window is 30 days from purchase. Items must be like-new (can be tried, complete, and resellable) and in the original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping. Email hello@fanpole.com before you ship anything back. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.

Free shipping to the lower 48 only applies to outbound orders, not returns.
