We ship via Fedex ground. They pick up from us everyday (except Saturday and Sunday). Shortly after your order is placed you should receive a FedEx tracking number. 

We use standardized 2" powdercoated metal tubing for our dummy hitch. There is going to be some play or wiggle between our dummy hitch and a standardized receiver on a vehicle. If there were no play it would be extremely hard to get a hitch in and out of your receiver. Because FanPole is not the only product that deals with this issue there are some solutions out there.

We are currently looking at incorporating a solution into our FanPole.

We are working on a 2 flag system. There are some unique challenges with this system. The drag from 2 flags is significantly more than just 1 flag. We hope to have a production 2 flag system by the beginning of 2017.
